What is an electronic AutoForm®?

An AutoForm® is the industry-unique capability built into DocBase Direct® that gives you the ability to use your existing forms online for paperless routing, completion, approval and filing.  Any company form can be easily converted into an AutoForm® using Adobe® Acrobat® and accessed using the free Adobe® Reader® software.

As you complete an AutoForm®, automatic notifications are sent by email to each person who must complete information. Once the AutoForm® is complete, it is electronically "filed" and protected while remaining fully searchable for easy retrieval.

An added bonus is that all information stored in your AutoForms® can be extracted through a custom report making your forms a rich source of data and information. No more searching through endless file-drawers for critical information!
