Updated: April 13, 2021:  We are doing everything we can to keep our customers, consultants, and staff safe during this challenging time. We are closely following the Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC) guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident and comfortable, so we have taken additional precautions to ensure your continued safety and protection during the current situation. We’ve been offering our services online for many years, so doing business virtually is seamless for us. However, depending on your location and your company policies, we have been going onsite for services as requested. The safety of our people and yours is of utmost importance for us. We consider safety first. Please talk to your sales consultant as we evaluate going on-site on a case-by-case basis at this time.

Q. Many customers are asking if we are able to provide our normal consulting services to our customers during this time.
A. The easy answer is YES.

Q. Also, customers want to know if they can get a Registrar to certify them during this difficult time.
A. Another easy answer is YES.

Q. If we start a consulting project online, can we add onsite visits if needed?
A. Yes, we are evaluating onsite consulting requests on an individual basis, just talk with your sales consultant if you have a specific need for us to be onsite.

Q. Does Core Business Solutions offer online/remote consulting programs and services?
A. Yes, we’ve been doing online/remote consulting for 20 years. It’s not new to us.

Q. Does our consulting service differ with online versus onsite consulting?
A. Not really, we can do everything we need to, to get you qualified for certification. Only in extreme circumstances do we find we may need to come onsite.

Q. How are you able to service your customers remotely?
A. We use secure web conferencing platforms or other technology to communicate with you, capture images, get tours, have meetings, etc.

Q. Is your business open and operating normally?
A. Yes, we are fully operational, and most of our staff and consultants are working remotely. As of mid-April, we have some staff back in the Headquarter office in Lewisburg, PA.

Q. Do you see a time when you will provide onsite consulting again?
A. Yes, we are evaluating onsite consulting requests on an individual basis, just talk with your sales consultant if you have a specific need for us to be onsite.

Q. What is your company doing to keep your consultants and staff safe?
A. We have company policies and procedures in accordance with CDC, Federal and State guidelines for social distancing, hygiene and cleaning/sanitation.

Q. Are there any travel/visiting restrictions I should be aware of during this time?
A. For the most up-to-date information, please consult travel advisories and information made available by the  U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the U.S. Department of State and every state has a website dedicated to COVID-19. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and adapt our policies accordingly.
